Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. Cookies Cookies are small files that may be placed by a web site on a user’s PC. They are used to store information that may be needed while browsing the site, or on a future visit. This may include personal data, or anonymous information such as previously visited pages or items stored in the shopping cart. A recent (2011) change in EU regulations requires that consent must be obtained before using any cookie that is not ‘strictly necessary’ for the functioning of the site. The login digest for logged in customers. ACTINIC_CONTACT. Checkout 'Remember Me' function – stores contact information to avoid the need for re-entering for subsequent orders. Necessary for the correct functioning of the associated elements of the site: ACTINI_REFERER. Returns the customer to the last page visited after completion of the checkout. LAST_SECTION_URL. Used by the ‘Back’ link on the Product Page, to return the visitor to the correct Section Page. ACTINIC_RECENT. Records the image filename(s) for the ‘Recently Viewed Products’ list, if enabled. CART_CONTENT. Stores the cart value and item count for the shopping cart summary. None of these four stores personal data. The first two expire on closing the browser. Expiry period of the second two is set for 24 hours. At present there is no indication that the above cookies will be affected by the application of the new law. However we are monitoring the situation and will respond to any change that would negatively affect our website and your privacy. |

Shipping And Handling
Delivery - Goods are priced in UK sterling. For delivery to any country outside the UK please telephone +44 (0) 1767 681694 Please see individual product details for current delivery times. Our parcel carriers deliver weekdays between 8am and 6pm. A failed delivery will automatically be attempted on the next working day, any further attempts will incur additional charges. If a delivery attempt has been made the driver will try to leave a card saying so with instructions to call the local depot, please do as instructed and don’t just ignore the card. If nobody is available to receive and sign for the delivery it can be left in a safe location or with a neighbour, please specify details in the special instructions field. We Offer free delivery for orders over £50 within the Mainland UK Only, *Excluding Scottish highlands, Island, channel Island and Ireland etc. Scottish Post codes: Under 30kg -- / -- Over 30kg IV- all post codes £20 -- / -- £50 KA 1-14 £20 -- / -- £50 PA20-PA70 £20 -- / -- £50 PH1-PH50 £20 -- / -- £50 Damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours. We will not be liable to you if a 'non-signature' service is requested, or written instructions are given to leave goods in a 'safe' location, and the goods are subsequently lost or damaged. - We require a photo of the damages emailed to us at damages@bedsbbq.co.uk - Once photo evidence has been received we can organise a replacement for the damaged part. |

Returns Policy
There is a £15 charge for initial delivery and a £20 charge for collection on BBQs, smaller items like spares will be cheaper. At Bedfordshire Barbeque Centre Ltd we want you to be delighted with your order, so if you are unhappy you can return them within 14 days of receipt for a replacement. Goods must be in the same condition as when despatched. We will refund any postage costs if the return is a result of our error we made in fulfilling your order. If the goods are faulty/Damaged and if possible the damaged parts of the order/BBQ will be replaced in the first instance. Any refunds will be made within 30 days. This does not affect your statutory rights. To make a return please send the item(s) together with the original invoice and a covering letter explaining the reason for the return.
