Ordered on Thursday, arrived friday, marvellous, took me about 3 hours to assemble,good idea to have all screws in a sealed pack and identified changed gas valve for a Butane one carried out leak check and being a nice weekend tried out bbq all worked ok Thanks for a good service

First class service and excellent value for money. Ordered online and was delivered by 9.15 am the following day - very impressed. Did take some time to assemble but having read previous reviews I was prepared for this. As I already had a Butane cylinder I changed the Regulator from Propane to Butane - no problem, first Barbecue excellent results.

Outback Excel 300 Gas Barbecue Bought this a a replacement for Excel 200, so familiar with BBQ already. Solid and robust appliance which does what it's designed to do satisfactorily. Best assembled with a 2nd pair of hands available when needed. It should last for a few seasons and compares well with John Lewis similar

Outback Excel 300T BBQ Next day delivery superb, including texts & e-mails telling what time of day withing 1 hour. Easy assembly on my own. Good looking BBQ. Large pieces of lava rock for great smoking/taste. Just waiting decent weather for our first BBQ of the season.

Our Reply: The outback Excel after 2008 will accept the Omega 200 burner.
Good BBQ Excellent slow cooking with little risk of burning food. I have provided an Outback BBQ to each of our letting lodges. They are robust and simple to use. I have found if left in the open that the stricker fails after 6 months and the burners rust through after 2-3 years.

Great Purchase Very swift deliverey with texts to tell me exact delivery time. Took 2 1/2 hours to put together as a bit fiddly but would have been easier if 32 peple did it together BUT a Great looking and functioning BBQ. Delighted with it!

Ideal barbeque Ordered this barbeque for a garden-warming and was very pleased with its performance on the day. We had approx 25 guests and no-one went hungry. It is excellent value but it does take quite a bit of effort to assemble, so set aside a couple of hours, but overall very pleased. Thank you.

Quality piece of kit. A quality piece of kit especially at the discounted price. Reasonably simple to put together(took about a hour and half). Would help if a few more of the diagrams in the otherwise excellent instruction manual were exploded but apart from that no problems whatsoever. Can't wait to try it out .
